The Comfort-Set III is a top-of-the-line thermostat. It features a large backlit display with every day individually programmable.The occupant can temporarily override any setting if a particular day differs from the programmed set-up. The LCD displays set points, time, and room temperature. Unlike most set-backs that turn on at a set time, this model computes time needed to warm or cool the house to the set temperature and turns on at the calculated hour. As a special feature, the thermostat can be set to cycle the fan when the furnace isn't in use to exhaust indoor air.
