Smoked Buffalo Roast
Enjoy the distinctive flavor of farm raised Buffalo Roast. Each roast is cured with a tantalizing blend of our own special spices, carefully trimmed of excess fat and generously wrapped in our applewood smoked bacon. Buffalo has less fat than beef and is a wonderful alternative for health conscious individuals. Each roast is slowly smoked over hickory fires completely cooking the roast, making it ready to eat. 2.5-3 lb average.
