UPS Packages are normally insured against loss or damage while in transit; however any loss or damage due to freezing (split/leaking bottles) is NOT covered and NOT refundable. With the return of colder weather, and up to a full week shipping time via UPS ground, there is a chance of liquids freezing. Freezing does not affect the quality of Ful-Power or Ful-Humix as they are one of the most stable compounds on earth. Usually the bottles do not split, and we do pack the boxes securely, but please note it is a possibility.
