Those familiar with B.K.S. Iyengar’s backbend practices will recognize this classic prop. The stool is available in any size you wish but standard Pune size is 30.5” tall. These stools have legs that flare out at the bottom making them much more stable than stools with vertical legs (very important when doing supported backbends!).
