Halasana benches are useful for supported Halasana or shoulder capture while doing Sarvangasana (provides excellent feedback if you have scoliosis or other imbalances). They can also be used to support yourself while doing Hanumanasana, provide support and feedback for your toes while doing the Eka Padas and Parsva Eka Padas in Sirsasana or Sarvangasana. They come in three sizes; small, medium and large. All are 13.25" deep at the bottom and taper to 10.75" deep at the top to make them stable (heights and widths listed in selection box)
Corners are joined using beautiful dovetail joinery and supported underneath with a strip of aluminum angle bracket for an extrmely stable connection.
