The Viparita Karani box is a versatile prop that can be used by itself or in conjunction with other props. They are great for restorative poses such as Viparita Karani (legs inverted) and Setu Bandha. Another use can be to elevate the hands or feet to provide extra height while doing back-arches (Urdva Dhanurasana) to maintain a proper arch. VK boxes have two heights depending on which side is on the floor. These boxes are very durable, lightweight, and easily maneuverable. The VK box measures 11.25" X 8.75" X 15".
