Flute maker Odell Borg makes each Native American style High Spirits flute from a solid piece of the finest cedar, walnut, birch and other fine domestic plantation-grown woods or recycled lumber, finished with three coats of a non-toxic hardening oil for durablity and clarity of sound. Each Native American style flute is precision-tuned so that it will blend perfectly with other instruments.

Double flute in "E". With a double flute you play the melody on one side and the other side provides the drone in the root note of the flute - it sounds like two people are playing.

Double flutes have a double mouthpiece so you can switch from a double flute to a single flute instantly with adjustments. Our style is unique and generates more amplitude (volume) and the drone plays the low and high octaves easily.
